Host site volunteers make a difference by bringing people together
for food and community. As a team, host site volunteers:
- Help others by bringing SHARE to their community and by supporting
the mission of SHARE
- Welcome and inform new members about SHARE
- Organize activities and resources to promote SHARE locally
- Collect and submit food orders and payments
- Distribute the food at the appointed time and location on the monthly SHARE Day
- Organize volunteers to help accomplish all of the above
When people come together in service to their community, it ends up being a lot
of fun. Plus, it's a great opportunity to learn new skills. The staff of SHARE works
very hard to support all of our host site volunteers, and all new sites receive
