SHARE's Sheila Cares Food Fund
SHARE is an important link in the chain of food security in nearly 200 communities. In celebration of our 25th Anniversary Year, our nonprofit food buying club established a fund to help feed families in need. In October 2010, we renamed the fund to honor our outgoing Director of Finance Sheila Salsman. Paulette Started A Blog!
Executive Director Paulette Flynn has entered the blogosphere with a new blog called Living Richly With SHARE! SHARE is based on the idea of people working together to do more with less, and her blog is exploring that idea. She'll be sharing ideas on how to use SHARE food to eat well for less money, menu plans, recipes, and other thoughts on enjoying life's simple pleasures. 25th Anniversary Cookbook

The SHARE 25th Anniversary Cookbook features around 130 recipes from SHARE members and volunteers. Proceeds benefit the Sheila Cares Food Fund to help feed families in need throughout our service area. You can order it for $10 by calling SHARE's main office toll-free at 800-548-2124. SHARE Wins
14 Carrot Gold Award
In 2009 SHARE Wisconsin and its executive director Paulette Flynn were selected to receive the 14 Carrot Gold Award from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services. The award recognizes the efforts of individuals and organizations to promote consumption of fruits and vegetables.
The DHS issued a press release recognizing SHARE for increasing access to affordable fresh produce throughout the state by introducing its online ordering system. The state also singled out SHARE's new Mobile Market program for bringing fresh fruits and vegetables to underserved communities in the Milwaukee area. |

We help nearly 8,000 families save money on food every month of the year, while providing opportunities for thousands to contribute to their communities through volunteer service. 2012 Warehouse Inventory Sales
SHARE helps families save money on food every month, and our occasional inventory sales are a great chance to stock up! A variety of quality frozen meats, fresh produce, convenience items and canned & dry goods will be available—all at SHARE’s typical savings of 30-50% compared to grocery store prices. Everyone is welcome—there are no eligibility guidelines or membership fees. Mark your calendar now so you don’t miss out! Long-sleeve t-shirts are available in maroon only for $10, and 4XL cost $11. Maroon one-size-fits-all baseball caps with a buckle strap are $7.
