Use this form along with the gift certificate sent in the special June mailing to order food for your host site's Anniversary Celebration. Orders must be received by the regular deadline for food orders to the main office. All items are first come, first served.

Anniversary Summer Drawing Flyer (sent in May)

In June, July and August when members pick up their orders, they will be entered into a drawing for some fabulous prizes. Display this PDF flyer at your site to get the word out with your members. The more months members order, the more chances they have to win! We sent tickets and instructions on the May food load.

Submit Recipes Online For Anniversary Cookbook

The deadline for submitting paper recipe forms has passed, but, recipes can be submitted online through June 18 at www.typensave.com.

Host Site History Guide -- Download this customizable Word document, write your host site history on the back, and email it back to us at the main office. These will be accepted through June 30.

Sample Proclamation and Letter -- Solicit a proclamation from your local government to celebrate SHARE's 25th Anniversary! Download these customizable Word documents, fill them out, and submit them to your local government for recognition of the fantastic work your host site has done over the years!
