order a cinch. The Monthly Individual Order Form, Combined Order Form and Electronic
Tan Sheet are in this Excel workbook. When you track your orders on the Electronic
Tan Sheet, the Combined Order Form is updated automatically. When you're done, email
your Combined Order Form to orderform@sharewi.org

so you can only enter information in the highlighted cells. If you have questions,
just give us a call at the main office and we'll do our best to help you out.
