CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDER & FOOD STAMPS (SNAP)
1) Download and print our latest order form. Fill in your complete contact info. Leave “Member ID#” blank.
2) Select your local pick-up site on the Find a SHARE Site page. Write your site’s name on the “Host Site” line.
3) Select your food. A minimum order of $15 is required. Add up your food total.
4) Shipping & handling. Call your local site or the main office for details. Shipping does not apply to most sites in Milwaukee, Racine, Washington, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Dodge or Waukesha counties. Handling varies by site. Food stamps cannot be applied to these fees.
5) Add it all up. Please double-check your math.
6) Submit your order with payment. Contact your local site or the main office for details. Some sites offer drop-off locations, and some sites accept orders via mail. The main office accepts orders via mail payable to SHARE, PO Box 403, Butler, WI 53007.
7) Pick up the food at your site at the correct time on this month’s SHARE Day listed at the top of the order form. Usually it’s a Saturday, but some sites hold pick-up the previous Friday. Contact your local site or the main office for more info.
