1) Select the food you would like on this month's order form.
2) Find the distribution site nearest you. Write the
name of your site at the top of the order form on the line for “Host Site”.
3) Call the phone number(s) for the site to find out how to submit your order. Be
sure to turn in your order by this month's ordering deadline, listed on Side B of
the order form. You can also view our upcoming ordering deadlines and pick-up days
on the SHARE Member Calendar Page.
4) You can pay with cash, check, money order, credit card and Quest or Link cards.
Call your site or the main office for details.
5) Pick up the food at your local distribution site on this month's distribution
day, listed in the upper right-hand corner of the order form. This is always a Saturday,
but some sites pick up the previous Thursday or Friday. Call your site or the main
office for details.
