1) Download and print our latest order form. Fill in your complete contact info.
2) Choose your pick-up site on the Find a SHARE Site page and write it ion the “Host Site” blank at the top of the form.
3) Select your food. A minimum order of $15 is required. Add up your Food Total.
4) Shipping & handling. Shipping does not apply to most sites in Milwaukee, Racine, Washington, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Dodge or Waukesha counties. Look up your site's handling fee on the Find a SHARE Site page. Food stamps cannot be applied to these fees.
5) Calculate the Total Due and double-check your math.
6) Submit your order with payment. Some sites have drop-off locations, and some sites accept orders via mail— look up your site and call them for details. The main office accepts orders via mail payable to SHARE, PO Box 403, Butler, WI 53007.
7) Pick up the food at your host site at the correct time on this month’s SHARE Day listed at the top of the order form. For most sites it’s a Saturday, but some sites hold pick-up on alternate days. Sorry, no refunds or credits for no-shows. Look up your local site's pick-up time or the contact the main office for details.
