You must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader® installed on your computer to view the order form. Visit www.adobe.com to download the free Acrobat Reader.

If you get an old order form when you click on the link above, try using the "Refresh" or "Reload" button at the top of your web browser window. With Internet Explorer, there's a "Refresh" option in the "View" menu at the top of the window.

If for some reason you can't download and view the order form, contact your local host site or email SHARE's main office at info@sharewi.org and we'll either email or snail-mail you one. Be sure to include your mailing address if necessary.

Order forms are updated on a monthly basis. The order forms for the next month are posted two Wednesdays before this month's SHARE Day.
