Ingredients
1 lb. carrots
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
Wash and scrape carrots. Cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Cut carrots in slices. Melt the butter in a small pot. Add the brown sugar and carrots. Cook until slightly browned and glazed.
