Ham and Cheese Delight

This delightful recipe comes from Personal Chef Tony Lison of Green Bay. Thanks, Chef Tony!


Ingredients:
1 package puff pastry sheets (17 oz.), thawed
1 lb. diced ham (ham steak works well)
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 eggs
8 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon ground
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Separate the puff pastry and place on two baking sheets. Sprinkle the ham, mushrooms and cheese over the pastry dough sheets. Whisk all other ingredients together until smooth and spoon them over the pastry sheets. Bake 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Let rest five minutes. Cut into quarters. Yields 8 servings.
