Chef Tony's Bistro Club Sandwich


Here is a recipe from Personal Chef Tony Lison in Green Bay. It’s a great way to use a number of the items in the March Traditional Package. Enjoy!

Ingredients
2 oven roasted chicken breasts, sliced thinly
6-8 ounces Canadian bacon
4 thin slices deli cheese
1 thinly sliced tomato
1 small sweet onion sliced very thin (optional)
2 sub rolls or hoagies; regular sliced bread will do
2 tablespoons softened butter
2 teaspoons horseradish
Lettuce

Directions
Stir and combine the horseradish and butter until incorporated and smooth. Split the rolls and spread with the horseradish butter. Toast under preheated broiler for one minute or until nicely toasted. Layer the sliced chicken, cheese slices and Canadian bacon over the toasted buns. Top with tomato, onion (if desired) and finally the lettuce. Cover the sandwich with the bun top, get a solid grip and enjoy!
