Ingredients:
6 chicken drumsticks
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1-1/2 Tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dried mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
Prepare your outdoor grill for cooking or preheat your oven’s broiler. Rub the chicken with oil and set it aside. In a small saucepan, combine the ketchup, onion, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, thyme, ground pepper and garlic. Place the chicken on the cooking surface of the grill over medium heat or on a broiler pan. Grill or broil for 15 to 25 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times. Put the saucepan on the grill or stovetop to heat the sauce over medium heat. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, baste the chicken liberally with sauce, turning frequently to avoid burning.
