Marinated Minneola Pork Chops

Ingredients:

1 lb. boneless pork chops
1/2 cup minneola juice
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Directions:
Minneolas are the tangelo-like fruit included in this month’s Produce Assortment. You can juice one or two of them for this recipe, or just use orange juice. Place the pork chops in a large self-sealing plastic bag or sealable glass or plastic container. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chops. Seal the container and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Remove the chops from the marinade (discarding marinade) and grill over medium-hot coals for a total of 12-15 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Serve the pork chops immediately. Serves 4.
