Ingredients:
4 pork chops
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon diced garlic
Directions:
The day before you plan to eat this delicious dinner, combine all of the ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Place the pork chops in a casserole dish or other container, cover and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Baste the grilling rack with olive or vegetable oil and heat up the grill with high heat until it’s nice and hot. Grill the pork chops for 4 minutes, then turn over, baste and grill for another 6 minutes more or until done. Serves 4.
