Ingredients:
1 28-ounce can baked beans
1 15-ounce can kidney beans (drained)
1 15-ounce can lima beans (drained)
1 lb. ground turkey
1 medium onion (diced)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat up a skillet on high heat. Brown the turkey and season with salt and pepper while it browns. Also as the meat is cooking, add the onions to the skillet. Combine the meat, onions and all the other ingredients in a crock pot or large pot and heat on low or medium heat until it’s heated through—about 1-2 hours. Serves about 10 people.
