Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey
3 Tablespoons minced fresh sage or 1 Tablespoon crushed dried sage
1-½ Tablespoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 Tablespoon crumbled dried thyme
1-½ Tablespoon grated or minced orange zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine turkey, herbs, zest, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Knead until
ingredients are evenly distributed and shape into 3 or 4 patties. Heat pan or flat
top grill until water that’s sprinkled on the surface immediately boils away.
Spread a thin layer of vegetable oil on the surface with a brush or paper towel.
Grill burgers until cooked through and serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
