Turkey Hash Breakfast Patties


Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey
2 medium potatoes, peeled & grated
1 large onion, grated
2 egg whites
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dried sage
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon cooking oil

Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except for the oil in a large bowl. Form patties about 3 inches in diameter. Heat the oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Fry the patties until crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side. Avoid crowding patties into the pan by cooking in batches if needed, re-oiling the skillet lightly before each batch. Makes 5-6 patties.
