Homemade Chicken Nuggets


Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs. chicken thighs, legs or breast
1 Cup cornflake cereal
2 teaspoons total of your favorite spices

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a cooking sheet. Remove the skin and bone from the chicken and cut it into nugget-size pieces. Place the cornflakes in a plastic bag and crush. Add the spice mix to the crushed cornflakes, close the bag tightly and shake. Add a few pieces of chicken at a time to the crumb mix, close the bag and shake to coat evenly. Place the chicken on the cooking sheet so that the pieces are not touching. Bake until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, about 12 to 14 minutes. Serves 4-6.
