Maple Glazed Ham Steaks

Ingredients:
2 ham steaks (1 lb. total)
1/4 Cup maple syrup
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Dijon or brown mustard

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, vinegar and mustard. Warm a large skillet over medium heat. Brush one side of each ham steak with the mixture and place them glazed side down in the skillet. As the bottom sides of the steaks brown, brush the tops with the glaze. Cook over medium heat, turning frequently, until the steaks are brown and heated through and the glaze has thickened. Cut each steak in half to serve. Serves 4.
