In October, SHARE staff celebrated the retirement of Kenny Hornik (second row on right) from regular duty on SHARE’s newspaper bundling crew. Over the years, Kenny tied over 100,000 bundles of newspapers for delivery to SHARE host sites! We thank Kenny for his cheerful service to communities near and far. |

The Trollway-Mt. Horeb SHARE site recently sponsored a Grocery Cart Bingo event to get the word out about their site, and it was a huge success! One photo shows the event’s “kitchen crew”, the other photo shows two lucky winners. |

In October, Milwaukee’s WISN Channel 12 sent a crew to the SHARE warehouse to get the word out about our Thanksgiving Dinner Package. Our Lady of Good Hope Host Site Coordinator Bev Lieven and Bill Simmons, Transportation Coordinator for Muskego SHARE, both did a great job with the live interviews! |

This year, we have had a regular crew from the Milwaukee Veterans Affairs Medical Center come to the SHARE warehouse every month to help pack up Organic Produce Assortments. Last month, their crew was joined by youth from the Lauer Center. |
