Ingredients:
1 pound boneless pork chops, thinly sliced
3 Tablespoons high heat vegetable or peanut oil
15 ounces frozen vegetables
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 package chop suey noodles or 1 Cup white rice
Directions:
Prepare the rice or chop suey noodles according to the package directions. In a wok or heavy skillet, heat the oil over high heat until it is shimmering but not smoking. Toss the pork in the pan for about 1 minute, until it turns opaque. Add the vegetables and toss while stirring for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but crisp. Turn off the heat and mix in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Serve over the noodles or rice. Makes 4-5 servings.
