Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
8 small potatoes
12 oz. pork gravy
2 Tablespoons ketchup
2 Cups frozen mixed vegetables
Directions:
Dice the pork chops and potatoes into fine cubes. Heat a large nonstick skillet using high heat. Brown the pork, stirring frequently. Stir in the gravy, ketchup and potatoes, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook covered for another 10-15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
