Ingredients:
1 lb. frozen bow-tie pasta
8 oz. black forest ham
1 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 Cup shredded cheese of choice
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons ketchup
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain and set side in a medium mixing bowl. Julienne ham by cutting into strips and add to pasta along with tomatoes and cheese. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, vinegar and ketchup. Add dressing to other ingredients and stir to coat. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
