Healthy Side Salad


Ingredients:
1 carrot
2 stalks celery
3 oranges
1 apple
2 lbs. purple Salad Savoy
Light salad dressing of choice
1/2 Cup nuts of choice

Directions:
Peel and shred the carrot into a large bowl, then thinly slice the celery stalks on the diagonal and add to the bowl. Take 2 oranges, peel and sector them, then cut each sector into thirds and add to the bowl. Juice the remaining orange into the bowl. Leaving the apple unpeeled, core and quarter it and then cut the quarters into chunks. Add the apple chunks to the bowl and toss. Make sure the apple is covered in orange juice to keep it from browning. Separate and wash the Salad Savoy leaves, then arrange on 4-6 plates and top with the mixture from the bowl. Add the salad dressing on top, then sprinkle each serving with nuts. Serves 4-6.
