Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
2 roma tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/4 Cup basil pesto sauce
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium heat. On a 18”x12” piece of aluminum foil, prepare two servings, each consisting of one chicken breast fillet, half of the sliced tomatoes, half of the sliced zucchini and half of the pesto sauce. Grill for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serves 2.
