Ingredients:
12.5 oz. banana bread mix
1 mango
1/2 Cup canned peaches
1 orange
Directions:
Prepare the banana bread batter according to the package instructions, but use only half of the liquid called for. Slice the mango lengthwise into sections that look like an orange, and then use a paring knife to cut the sections off the large seed in the center. Cut the sectored mango flesh off of the peels, then chop it into 1/2-inch pieces and add to batter. Drain the peaches and add to the batter. Peel the orange, split it into sectors, then cut the sectors into 1/2-inch pieces and add to batter. Bake according to the directions and enjoy!
