Pasta Crab Salad


Ingredients:
1/4 Cup water
1/2 Cup sugar
2 Cups mayonnaise
8 oz. elbow macaroni or linguini cut into 2-inch sections
1 Cup frozen peas, thawed
3 carrots, thinly sliced
6 hardboiled eggs
2 Cups imitation crab

Directions:
Bring the water and sugar to a boil and let cool, then add mayonnaise and set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and let cool. Mix together peas, carrots, eggs and imitation crab, then mix in all other ingredients. Blend well and refrigerate covered until ready to serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
