Ingredients:
2 green peppers
1 lb. imitation crab
2 lbs. cabbage, shredded
2 Cups coleslaw dressing
2 pinches lemon pepper
Directions:
Cut up green pepper and imitation crab into small pieces. In a medium bowl, mix the green pepper, imitation crab, cabbage and dressing together, then sprinkle the lemon pepper over the top. Refrigerate before serving. Serves 4-6.
