Honey Herb Grilled Pork


Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. pork sirloin roast
1/2 Cup beer or ginger ale
1/4 Cup honey
1/4 Cup Dijon mustard
1/8 Cup vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon crushed rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Place thawed roast in a sealable plastic bag. Combine the rest of the ingredients in the bag, seal it by carefully removing the air, shake and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Create a drip pan with a lipped baking dish, drying rack, and 1 inch of water. When finished marinating, place the roast on the drip pan and pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan. Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees. Grill or roast for 45 minutes, basting occasionally. Bring marinade to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Pork is done when internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees. Slice pork and serve drizzled with marinade. Makes 4-6 servings.
