Rebuilding Together

Rebuilding Together is a national nonprofit organization working to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize communities. A network of more than 200 Rebuilding Together affiliates around the country provides free rehabilitation, modifications and critical repairs to the homes of low-income Americans.

Rebuilding Together believes that homeowners who are aging and/or have disabilities as well as our nation’s veterans should be able to remain in their homes for as long as possible. The organization also helps homeowners displaced by natural disasters. To accomplish these goals, sponsors and donors partner with local volunteer teams.

Each Rebuilding Together affiliate determines its own focus and population served. Within SHARE Wisconsin’s service area, there are affiliates located in Appleton, Manitowoc, Green Bay, metropolitan Chicago, Milwaukee and Sheboygan. To learn more about the affiliate nearest you, call 800-473-4229 or visit www.rebuildingtogether.org.
