Ingredients:
1-1/2 Polish sausages
1 oz. cooking oil
Stone ground mustard to taste
2 slices dark rye bread (or bread of choice)
1 slice deli turkey
1 leaf of lettuce
1 slice of tomato
Directions:
Cut the sausages in half down the middle lengthwise. Heat oil in a frying pan to medium heat and brown 3 sausage halves on both sides until they are cooked through. Spread the mustard on the bread and assemble the rest of the ingredients in your sandwich—you can toast the bread if desired. Makes 1 sandwich.
