Ingredients:
2 Cups uncooked pasta
2 strips bacon
2 stalks celery
1/2 small sweet onion
1/2 small cucumber
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 Cup light mayonnaise
6 oz. canned crab meat
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain, then set aside and let cool. Fry the bacon, then finely dice it along with the celery, onion and cucumber. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Can be served atop lettuce leaves (bib lettuce is a good choice) or on a hoagie bun for a seafood sub. Serves 3-4.
