Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 lb. tilapia fillets
Pinch of pepper & salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and parsley, then set aside. Rinse fillets under cool water until thawed and pat dry with a paper towel. Place fillets in a greased baking dish, pour lemon marinade over the top, sprinkle with pepper and salt, then cover with foil. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when pulled apart with a fork. Serves 4.
